MetaZoo

MetaZoo is a trading card game built on American cryptids and folklore: Bigfoot, Mothman and the rest of the stories passed around in the United States. It appeared in 2021 and stood out immediately through an approach you will not find in any other card game.

What MetaZoo is known for is breaking the fourth wall: cards can refer to the real world around the players while you are playing. That makes it one of the few card games where the setting you play in affects the game itself.
