Frequently Asked Questions

What is a Pokémon Mystery Box?

A Mystery Box is a surprise package filled with Pokémon TCG products. The contents are kept secret, making opening them always exciting and fun.

Do I always get more value than I pay for?

Yes. We put every Mystery Box together so that the contents, calculated at our own webshop prices, are worth more than what you pay for the box. What exactly is inside stays a surprise, and the ratio differs per box.

Are Pokémon Mystery Boxes suitable as gifts?

Absolutely! Because the contents are a surprise, they're the perfect gift for Pokémon fans of all ages.

Can I choose which products are in the Mystery Box?

The contents are put together at random, that is exactly what makes it fun and exciting. If you do have a preference, for example for a certain set, a certain product or a language (English only, or no Chinese), add it to the notes of your order. We take it into account where we can.
