Scarlet & Violet Series

Above you will find every Scarlet & Violet set released so far in the Pokémon Trading Card Game. Together they form the ninth generation, centred on the Paldea region. The series introduced Pokémon ex, Terastallization and the Paradox Pokémon, and is instantly recognisable from the outside by its silver borders.

For collectors this is the series in which the rarities were renamed. What was the alternate art in Sword & Shield is called the Special Illustration Rare here, with the Illustration Rare as the tier below it. The same role in the set, a different name and a different number range — worth knowing if you are comparing a card from both periods.
