Refund policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Return shipping costs are at your own expense and vary depending on your location and carrier. Please consult your local carrier for exact rates.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the company with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@rarecards.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

Return Policy

● After notification of the return, the retailer has 14 days to refund the order amount (including shipping costs).
● If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try it out, you may be charged for the depreciation. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged upon return.

Free Returns for Errors or Damage

Did you receive the wrong item or was something damaged during transport?
We will, of course, reimburse the return costs. In this case, please contact us to receive a free return label, regardless of whether the order was shipped from the Netherlands or abroad.

Refund

● We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of notification of the return, provided the product has actually been returned or it can be proven that it has been shipped.
● For a full return, you will also receive a refund for the original shipping costs.
● We always refund using the same payment method you used for payment.

Exceptions

● Orders placed on behalf of a company (B2B) are subject to different conditions. Please contact us for these.
● Special orders for large quantities cannot be returned.

Report Damage or Complaint

Did your order arrive damaged or do you have a complaint? Please let us know by email within 5 business days of receipt. Please include the following information so we can help you quickly:

● Your order number
● 1 photo of the outer packaging with shipping label
● 1 photo of the inner packaging and protective cover
● 3 clear photos of the damaged items (1 overview, 2 detailed photos)
● Item name or number of the damaged product

Once we receive your report, we will resolve the issue for you within 24 hours.

Insurance & Loss

All our packages are insured against damage as standard.

Is your package missing? Please report it within 5 business days of shipment. We will then initiate an investigation with PostNL. We always first await the outcome of the Lost & Found department.

We cannot make any representations or provide any guarantee regarding the specific contents of Pokémon booster packs or other sealed products. Any variation in contents is outside of our responsibility.
