OP-13: Carrying on his Will

OP-13: Carrying on His Will is the thirteenth official booster set of the One Piece Card Game and was released worldwide on 7 November 2025. This set is built entirely around will, legacy and inheritance, one of the central themes within One Piece, where ideals and dreams are passed on from one generation to the next.

The set holds 126 unique card types. The card spread consists of Leader cards, Commons, Uncommons, Rares, Super Rares and Secret Rares, topped up with parallel (alt-art/foil) variants. As with earlier releases, booster boxes contain a box topper card, which raises the collectible value further.

Carrying on His Will focuses on characters who carry on the will of others, often after great sacrifices or defining events. Think of heirs of legendary figures, successors to fallen leaders and characters who carry an ideology or a dream bigger than themselves. The theme ties closely to the well known storylines around “Inherited Will”, a core concept in One Piece lore.
