Collection: Topps Series 2

Topps Series 2 is the second series of Pokémon trading cards released by Topps, on March 14, 2000. These cards are not part of the official Pokémon Trading Card Game, but became popular among collectors for their nostalgic value and unique designs. The set expanded on the previous series with the remaining Kanto Pokémon (#79 to #151) and additional scenes from the Pokémon animated series. Like Series 1, there were several variants, such as foil and rainbow foil cards, which made the set desirable among collectors. Despite not being playable within the TCG, they are often collected as a nostalgic part of Pokémon history.
