Adjusted shipping times
Due to a temporary staff shortage, our order processing is currently different than you're used to. On this page, we explain what this means for your order, what delivery times you can expect, and what we're doing to restore the situation to normal as quickly as possible.
What's going on?
We currently have reduced capacity in our warehouse and for order processing. This may delay the processing and shipping of orders. This only affects processing times; once your package has been shipped, the carrier's usual delivery time applies.
The delay remains limited: packages can be shipped a maximum of 3 working days later than usual .
This situation is temporary and applies until March 8, 2025 .
What does this mean for your order?
- Orders may have a longer processing time than normal.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation once your package leaves our warehouse.
- The track & trace will be active as soon as the carrier has scanned the package.
We advise you to take into account additional processing time when placing your order.
What do we do to limit delays?
We are taking various measures to keep the impact as small as possible:
- Optimizing internal processes to work more efficiently
- Prioritizing current orders
- Deploying additional support where possible
Our team is continuously working to eliminate backlogs so that normal delivery times can be resumed as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding
We understand that longer wait times can be inconvenient and appreciate your patience. Our goal is to provide you with the service and delivery times you've come to expect as soon as possible.
