EX Delta Species

EX Delta Species is the eleventh set of the EX series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game, released on 31 October 2005. The set holds 114 cards and introduced the δ Delta Species mechanic, in which Pokémon were given an unexpected type: a Lightning type Dragonite, a Metal type Charizard.

That has a practical consequence when searching and sorting. A Metal Charizard sits with the Metal cards and not with the Fire cards, so anyone sorting by type finds it somewhere they would not expect. The small δ symbol next to the name is how you recognise such a card. The mechanic returned later in EX Dragon Frontiers.
