Collection: Topps Series 1

Topps Series 1 is the first series of Pokémon trading cards released by Topps, on June 1, 1999. These cards are not part of the official Pokémon Trading Card Game, but became popular among collectors for their unique style and nostalgic value. The set featured images of the first 78 Pokémon of the Kanto region, along with scenes from the Pokémon animated series. Several variants, such as foil and rainbow foil versions, made these cards extra desirable among collectors. Despite not being playable TCG cards, they are often included in collections for their historical significance.
