At RareCards, we do everything we can to keep you satisfied. Still, it may happen that something doesn’t go entirely as expected.

How to file a complaint?

It can always happen that something doesn’t go according to plan. We recommend that you first let us know about any complaints by sending an email to info@rarecards.nl or via WhatsApp at 06-37452620.

We always respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires more time to process, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt within 14 days, along with an indication of when you can expect a more detailed response.

Not resolved? Mediation via WebwinkelKeur

If this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur. Since we are affiliated with WebwinkelKeur, their mediation service is free of charge.
